Not medical advice

The Biohacking Index tracks public interest signals — search activity, social discussion, media coverage, and research publication volume. Nothing on this Site or in the newsletter is medical advice, and no score, rating, trend, or editorial observation should be read as an endorsement or recommendation of any protocol, supplement, device, or intervention. A high Index score means people are paying attention to something; it says nothing about whether that thing is safe or effective. Always consult a qualified health professional before making decisions about your health.

References to companies, products, markets, or the “longevity economy” are cultural commentary, not investment advice.

Accuracy and availability

Index scores are generated from third-party public data sources that carry their own delays, gaps, and biases. Scores are provided as-is, without warranty of accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any purpose. The Site may be modified, interrupted, or discontinued at any time.

Intellectual property

The Biohacking Index name, the signal mark, the scoring methodology, and all editorial content on this Site are the property of Jack Plumley. You are welcome to quote or reference Index scores with attribution and a link to the Site. Wholesale reproduction of Site content requires written permission.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator of this Site is not liable for any damages arising from use of the Site, the newsletter, or reliance on any information they contain.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
